The initial stage of dental treatment is the initial appointment. At the appointment, the doctor clarifies complaints, structural features of the dental system, determines the condition of the teeth, soft tissues of the oral cavity, analyzes x-rays and tomographic examination results. Based on the data obtained, the doctor draws up a treatment plan or refers the patient for additional examination.
